Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, public holidays, supplier delays, security conditions, service interruptions, or force-majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer or a person authorized to receive the order, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

Customers should inspect the package at delivery whenever reasonably possible and notify us promptly of visible damage, shortages, or an incorrect item.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separately published Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Lebanese law.

Products must not be returned without following the instructions in our Refund Policy or receiving guidance from our customer-service team.

10. Warranty and After-Sales Support

• A Tasawak warranty; or

Unless prohibited by applicable law or stated otherwise in writing, warranty coverage generally does not include:

A warranty claim may require inspection by Tasawak, the supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or an authorized service center.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and complete, reschedule, or cancel affected orders as appropriate.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

If Tasawak does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
