We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including specifications provided by the manufacturer (Concord). Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance; minor variations may occur.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to confirm, adjust, or decline any order, for example in cases of a pricing error or stock availability.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been delivered. Once an order has been delivered, our Refund & Return Policy and Warranty Policy apply.

Payment

At launch, Cash on Delivery is our available payment method. Payment is collected upon delivery of your order.

Delivery

Warranty

Applicable products carry a 3-year warranty from Concord. See our Warranty Policy for details on how to report a suspected defect.
